Equipment:
      1. Put the water in the clay pot
          about half and warm it until
          became hot steam.
      2. Bottom plate for herbal compress
      3. Two herbal compresses,
          one steam on the pot and
          another put on the plate.

Direction: stream the compress
and tap lightly over the body to relax
your muscle, decrease pains and aches extend fascia. It also has aroma smell
from real Thai herbs.

  • Tap over your body about
    15-20 minutes per time,
    if your muscle has pains and
    aches you may tap
    it 2 times a day.
